I thought that we could use this template for our posts on the LAI623 readings. What do you both think? Change things if you'd like. Aimee, I tried to use what we talked about last week (with Marie) but I'm sure I've forgotten things...
Each week will have its own page in the left navigation.
Under the appropriate week, we will list the readings in order of their assignment on the syllabus.
For each reading (which we should split up, I suppose, in some way...) we will post our summary or notes from the reading, important quotes from the reading that we can refer to in the future with page numbers, and a question we left the reading with. If there is an answer, or if we uncover the answer in our other readings, I suppose we could answer each other's questions. Is that getting too discussion board-y? If there are an uneven number of readings, I don't think it's a bad thing if we overlap and, in fact, maybe having two sets of eyes on every reading would be a good idea. Would you both be okay with reading a bit more in order to have two people posting on each reading?
